Ummu Dhardha Ladies Islamic College, Akkaraipattu, successfully conducted a joyful Eid Celebration on 30th April 2026 at 8:00 AM within the college premises.
The event was organized in the true spirit of Islam, reflecting the values of unity, gratitude, and brotherhood. Students and staff gathered together to celebrate this blessed occasion with happiness and harmony.
The celebration began with the remembrance of Allah (SWT), acknowledging His countless blessings and expressing gratitude for the opportunity to witness Eid. Short Islamic reminders were shared, highlighting the importance of love, compassion, and sharing in Islam.
Students actively participated in the program and enjoyed the day with great enthusiasm. One of the key highlights of the event was the sharing of sweets, symbolizing kindness, generosity, and togetherness, which are essential teachings in Islam.
The purpose of this celebration was not only to enjoy the occasion but also to remind everyone of the true meaning of Eid — to strengthen faith (Iman), promote unity, and care for one another.The entire program was conducted in a peaceful and joyful atmosphere, making it a memorable day for both students and staff.
